An outdoor, non-military style, strength and conditioning bootcamp. Train with like-minded people in a fun and supportive environment.
A small group class, using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes and TRX suspension trainers. A highly effective workout, targeting every muscle group.
All fitness levels and abilities welcome.

What it’s like to work with me?
Prior to your first Personal Training session we will have a free, in person, initial consultation. During this session we will have the opportunity to discuss your needs, lifestyle, injuries and what you are expecting from a personal trainer.
During the second half of your initial consultation we will run through a range of movements, which will allow me to evaluate the way you move, your flexibility, mobility and stability. This will let me best plan for your future personal training sessions.
Overall your initial consultation will take 50 - 60 minutes.
Following on from your initial consultation and movement assessment, your bespoke personal training sessions will then begin. Each session is structured with a dynamic warm up, a main session incorporating lower and upper body exercises (all specific to your goals) using a variety of equipment, followed by a short capacity workout, which will increase your heart rate, or some core work. We will end on a cool down with some stretches.
We will regularly assess your progress on the range of movements completed during the initial consultation and those movements appropriate to your goals. We’ll also regularly measure how you are progressing against your goals, so you can celebrate your achievements and successes!
